However, there are some situations where fees may apply. On the rare occasion that our services would incur fees the specific fees will be confirmed prior to providing advice, allowing you to decide whether to proceed.
Generally you'll need to provide evidence of your income, debts if you have any as well as information about your expenses. In addition to this you also need to verify your identity with us.
Yes, you have the freedom to choose which bank to use. We work with a variety of lenders and can help you compare options to find the one that best suits your needs

The standard deposit for a first home is 20%, this means for every $100,000 you spend on the purchase price you will need to contribute $20,000 for a deposit. In some circumstances lenders may require deposits as little as 5%, $5,000 for every $100,000 spent, these lower deposit offers have additional terms, conditions and costs, we can advise you on this.
